THE PLAN
- Bring knowledge of real property appraisal.
- Improve the programs and processes employed to achieve fair and equitable appraisals on a continuous basis.
- Support an aggressive training and education program for all staff to reach the highest level of professionalism.
- Ensure that every taxpayer is treated with the utmost respect when dealing with our office.
- Use proven advanced technology to achieve efficiencies, streamline the budget and cut costs.
- Establish a strategic planning program which guides the office progressively and effectively toward the future.
