BIOGRAPHY
Bill Spencer moved to the Tri-Cities at the young age of two years old.Growing up he spent his time on numerous sports teams and with the Boy Scouts, earning his Eagle Scout Award.As a Richland High School student, he participated in the student council and earned many awards and honors in soccer and football.
After graduating from Richland High, Bill attended Columbia Basin College.While there he volunteered as an assistant coach for the Women's Soccer team.Two years after starting at CBC, he left to spend another two years serving a mission for his church.He spent the majority of those 24 months as a trainer and leader for often thirty other young men and women.
Upon returning from his mission, Bill married Kimberly Clyde and attended Washington State University Tri-Cities.He also began training to be a real estate appraiser.This process involves working two to three years as an apprentice and completing over 200 credits of real estate appraisal, business and economic courses.After passing the state and national tests, he received his state certification as a Real estate appraiser.In 2004 he co-founded Spencer Appraisal Services in the Tri-Cities area.A year later he took this business to Las Vegas, NV.
Once he returned to Richland from Las Vegas, he was sought out by Franklin County to be employed as their commercial appraiser.He has worked there since 2008.He has also continued working for Spencer Appraisal Services.
Bill has four young, energetic children -- son Gabriel and daughters Eliana, Hannah and Penelope -- who he looks forward to raising here.He continues to serve in his church and our community.
